Fraxel Dual TM for the Treatment of Hyperpigmentation and Sun Damage

Fraxel® utilizes a fractionated laser beam to rejuvenate and restore the skin to optimal health. This is the best procedure for treating skin pigment issues while also firming and tightening aging skin. This modality is effective for any color of skin and all age groups. This revolutionary laser treatment corrects deep wrinkles dark spots caused by age, and tightens skin. As a result, Fraxel® will remove years from your appearance.

How Fraxel® Works
This laser targets areas deep beneath the skin to encourage the production of collagen and healthy skin cells. Because of the heat applied beneath the skin, the body is naturally triggered to heal the affected area(s). As a result, old damaged skin is replaced with healthy skin, rich in collagen and other tissues. The procedure is practically painless and only requires a few days of recovery without doing any damage to the body whatsoever.

Who Is Best for Fraxel®?
Anyone who has experienced any problems with skin pigmentation, damaged skin, or just skin that is not as healthy as it once was can benefit from this procedure. This skin restoring laser is the first to be effective for any type of skin, regardless of color, age, or type of damage. This is why it is quickly becoming the most popular treatment for blemished, unhealthy, and/or damaged skin.

Recovery from Fraxel® for Skin Rehabilitation
Depending on the condition and sensitivity of a patient’s skin, it will take between 5 and 10 days to recover. After the procedure, the patient will experience redness and sensitivity in the affected areas. Because of this, it is urged that a patient not go into the sun after treatment. If need be, consult Dr. Reyes about  sunscreen and various topical treatments that will protect your skin and assist in the healing.

Clear and Brilliant TM for Hyperpigmentation and Sun Damage

This laser helps prevent the signs of aging, improves skin tone and texture, minimizes the appearance of pores, and improves melasma. Once all treatments are performed, the patient should notice softer, brighter, more youthful skin.

How Does the Clear + Brilliant® Laser Treatment Work?
Like the Fraxel® Laser Treatment, this laser uses fractionated laser beams to assist and stimulate the production of collagen and new, healthy skin cells. The difference is that the laser is far less aggressive than the Fraxel®.

More About the Procedure
The amount of treatments required depends on the condition of the patient’s skin. Patient’s usually see progress after 3 to 6 treatments, although more may be required for skin that is especially damaged. The actual procedure takes 20 minutes or less, is the least painful of all laser treatments for skin rehabilitation, and requires no lengthy recovery.

Who is the Best Candidate for Clear + Brilliant® Laser Treatments?
This treatment is especially effective for people with melasma and darker skin tones, although anyone with skin issues is applicable for the procedure. Because it is a gentle laser, this is a good starting point for someone who has not had any laser treatments and does not have any serious skin conditions.

GentleMaxPro TM for Hyperpigmentation

The GentleMax Pro ™ is a cutting-edge, high-energy laser treatment that combines 2 different lasers to achieve better, faster results with no risk of injury to any tissues or skin surrounding the affected areas. By combining 2 different forms of lasers, the GentleMax Pro ™ is able to perform a variety of procedures, including the treatment of sun damage and any form of hyperpigmentation.

How The GentleMax Pro ™ Works for Hyperpigmentation
The GentleMax Pro ™ accurately targets areas of hyperpigmentation safely and with complete accuracy . This dual laser heats the targeted areas which causes the hyperpigmentation to fade and eventually disappear. The process is painless  and takes less than 1 hour to perform. The number of treatments are dependent on the condition of the patient’s skin. While many notice results after a single session, we recommend the patient receive a series of treatments to achieve the most desirable results. Recovery from Hyperpigmentation Treatment with The GentleMax Pro ™
A patient can expect mild bruising and redness for 10 to 15 days after the treatment. To relieve any discomfort and speed the recovery, we suggest using a compression garment for about 1 month.

The results of the treatment should be fully achieved 1 month following the procedure. For best results, a series of treatments is highly suggested.

PicoWay Zoom TM for Hyperpigmentation

How PicoWay Resolve ™ Rehabilitates the Skin
PicoWay Resolve ™ uses short laser pulses to exactly target and shatter unwanted pigment into minute particles. PicoWay Resolve ™ is able to break the particles into smaller fragments and more efficiently than any other laser of its kind. This stimulates the production of collagen and other healthy tissues that have deteriorated from aging. As collagen is produced and formed, melasma, birthmarks, age spots, freckles and many other abnormalities of the skin are eliminated and the skin is enriched and revitalized .

The output of heat energy is much less than most lasers, so less energy is transferred to the skin. This results in less pain and discomfort during the treatment and no lengthy recovery time.

How Long is the Procedure and How Many Treatments are Required?
The procedure takes about 20 minutes to perform. Many people experience great benefits after one session, while others may need multiple sessions for best results. There is no downtime for this procedure.

CO2RE ™ Laser for Sun Damage

CO2RE™ laser resurfacing can restore a smoother, younger-looking skin texture. This is a 4th generation laser that uses fractional CO2 laser energy to smooth out fine to severe lines and wrinkles and reduce scarring, blemishes, age spots, and sun damage of the face around the chest, décolletage, and hands.

How the CO2RE™ Laser Revitalizes the Skin
This fractionated ablative laser focuses its energy on both the surface of the skin as well as deep beneath the skin, where much of the production of new, healthy skin and collage takes place. The CO2RE™ actually evaporates tissue which causes the body to stimulate and restore the skin at a much more rapid rate. This provides optimal results with less downtime than traditional laser skin rejuvenation techniques.

Treatment and Recovery from CO2RE™ Skin Revitalization
CO2RE™ fractional CO2 resurfacing is quicker and more versatile than past laser skin resurfacing techniques. General anesthesia is not required—only topical anesthesia is required. CO2RE™ is completely non-surgical so patients can expect less recovery time in comparison to traditional CO2 lasers. Mild to moderated redness may occur from this laser skin resurfacing procedure. This naturally alleviates within 3 to 7 days of the procedure. CO2RE™ laser resurfacing can enhance skin tone and texture, achieving long-lasting results for the health and aesthetic of your skin.

eTwo™ Sublative Laser for Sun Damage

eTwo EMatrix Sublative Laser for Skin Revival
One of the most skin revitalizing options for skin rehabilitation is the eTwo Ematrix Sublative laser. This laser utilizes a combination bi-polar radio frequency and light energies to heat the deep dermal tissue. This heat stimulates collagen production and formation in the targeted treatment area.

How Does the eTwo EMatrix Sublative  Laser Work?
A new category of fractional skin treatments. Its fractionated bi-polar RF technology uses heat energy to encourage significant increases of collagen and elastin in the upper dermis – with low epidermal disruption for a broad range of skin types. The RF energy is precisely directed at the skin in the form of a matrix Less affected tissue surrounding the matrix points may be stimulated by heat, which helps accelerate the healing process. Mild to moderate wrinkles and superficial imperfections of the skin’s tone and texture are reduced, leading to a smoother, rejuvenated appearance of the skin. Minimal downtime required.

How Many Treatments Do I Need with the eTwo EMatrix Sublative Laser
The eTwo Sublative requires multiple treatments for best results. The number of treatments depends on the condition of the patient’s skin. In turn, the patient will see cumulative results.

VBeam Perfecta ™ for Sun Damage and Hyperpigmentation

The VBeam Perfecta ™ is a pulsed dye laser that is used to treat inflammation and abnormal pigmentation of the skin. It is a very gently laser that is so safe and non-invasive, it is even used on infants who suffer from problems with skin pigmentation.

How It Works
The laser is waved over the affected areas, sending intense beams of light into the skin. The laser is strong enough to promote healing and the production of collagen, but not strong enough to damage the outer skin. Redness from hyper pigmentation and sun damage is often from skin healing poorly. As a result, tough tissue forms which can lead to the development of unhealthy skin. As the VBeam encourages healing in the damaged skin beneath the surface, the skin will, in turn, heal healthily with more collagen and new skin. Because of this, redness from scarring is eliminated.

Is VBeam Perfecta ™ Right For Me?
If you have redness or damage in your skin , Vbeam is perfect for you. It is minimally invasive with no downtime. You may also experience mild bruising and swelling, only within 1 to 2 days after the procedure. Because of its mildness and rehabilitative qualities, this procedure is a great supplement to other procedures like the CO2RE™ laser, and the eMatrix Sublative ™ laser for treating sun damage or hyperpigmentation.
